Gazprom home bank personal account. Personal account of Gazprombank “Home Bank”: registration and management of services. Login to Gazprombank Internet Banking

The Internet banking system of Gazprombank “Home Bank” is generally reliable and convenient, even despite the presence of many shortcomings in it that bankers have yet to eliminate. An important advantage of online banking from Gazprombank is free connection to the system and low tariffs for card transactions. We will tell you in more detail about the conditions for connection, use of online banking, customer capabilities, as well as the cost of services.

Conditions for connecting to the Home Bank system

To connect to the Internet banking system, you must be a client of Gazprombank: have a debit, credit card, current account, deposit, or use GPB loans. To log in you need:

  • computer with Internet access;
  • login and password. Initially, the client receives a temporary password, which must be changed to a permanent one when logging in for the first time;
  • one-time password to confirm login and all subsequent operations in the system.

You can connect to the Home Bank system at an additional office of Gazprombank in the region where you issued the card, or at any ATM:

  • At the office you will have to study the tariffs and rules for using online banking and fill out an application. After checking your documents, the employee credit organization will give you a unique login and password;
  • Only owners of GPB chip cards can connect to “Home Bank” at an ATM. To activate the service, you need to identify yourself using a card and PIN code, and then select the section “Registration of services” - “Home bank” - “Registration of a new client”. After registration, you will receive a receipt indicating your login and password, and users of the Telecard service will additionally receive a notification on their mobile phone about successful connection to the service.

Addresses of additional offices in your region can be found on the next page. When connecting in the office, access to the system will be activated immediately after you are issued a login and password. If you connected using ATM, access will be provided within 48 hours.

The easiest way to receive one-time passwords is in the form of SMS messages to your mobile phone: this service is configured automatically when you connect to the Home Bank system. Less common options are obtaining one-time passwords from ATMs, through the Mobipass app and using a special eToken hardware device. Available authentication options will be displayed in the Home Bank interface automatically, taking into account the funds you have available.

Operating procedure in the “Home Bank” system

Logging into the system is carried out in 2 ways:

  1. 1. Through the main website of Gazprombank (www.gazprombank.ru). On the website, you need to go to the “Private Clients” section, the “Home Bank” subsection and follow the “Login” link. Next, the user enters a login and password.
  2. 2. When you click on the link https://homebank.gazprombank.ru. After the transition, you are also required to enter your login and password.

Important: after 5 unsuccessful login attempts (if the login-password combination is entered incorrectly), access to Internet banking is blocked. To restore access, you will have to contact the bank office in the region where you issued the card, or call the hotline.

When you first log in to the system, in addition to changing your password, you will need to set up a profile for working with cards. The profile displays information about all bank client cards; for each of them you can set the desired activity status: “active”, “inactive”, “disabled”. If you set the status to “disabled”, you will not be able to make transactions using this card in the Internet banking system; to activate the card you will have to contact the bank office. It is also impossible to work with an “inactive” card, but you can activate it in the “Home Bank”, and not only in the branch. To set the “active” status in the system interface, you need to enter the CVV2/CVC2 code indicated on the back of the selected card.

Upon release of any new card the Home Bank user will have to set up her profile in the system. Next, we will look at the operations that clients can perform in the GPB Internet banking system.

List of available operations and tariffs

GPB has identified 3 main groups of operations that can be carried out in the Home Bank system:

  1. Informational: requesting information on an account, receiving card statements, receiving an extract from a pension fund, etc.
  2. Service: changing the status of cards, setting and changing limits on cards, registration in the Telecard system, filling out an application for cards and establishing an overdraft.
  3. Transactional: transfers of funds from card to card, payment for services and goods in the trade and service network.

For each card that is in the “active” status, you need to indicate the groups of operations that you plan to perform with its help in the “Home Bank” system. You can set one category of operations or several at once, and the “Information operations” group is activated automatically.

In addition to these 3 groups, all operations carried out using the “Home Bank” can be classified depending on banking products that the client uses:

  • Transactions with payment cards: obtaining detailed information, card statements; setting monthly and daily limits on card transactions; transfers from card to card; transfers using arbitrary details, including to the budget, to the accounts of the traffic police, the Federal Tax Service, etc.; Payment of utility services; processing applications for new cards and blocking existing ones.
  • Loan operations. In this case, only information operations are available to the client. Apply for a new loan (except credit cards) is not possible at Home Bank.
  • Operations on time deposits and demand accounts. Only information operations are available: you can find out the amount and term of the deposit, the current rate, etc. It is not possible to re-register a deposit and issue a new one in the GPB Internet banking system.

The management of Gazprombank, apparently, decided to compensate for the shortcoming associated with the limited functionality of the “Home Bank” through low tariffs in the system:

  • connection is free;
  • provision of a hardware device (eToken) for carrying out transactions on bank accounts – 900 rubles;
  • transfer from a Gazprombank card to another Gazprombank card or to an account opened with GPB - free;
  • transfer from a Gazprombank card to a card of another bank – 50 rubles. when transferring an amount up to 5,000 rubles, 1% - when transferring an amount exceeding 5,000 rubles;
  • transfer from a GPB card to an account opened in another bank (transfer using arbitrary details) - 0.3%, maximum 1,000 rubles;
  • transfer from the card to budgets of all levels is free;
  • payment of utility bills is charged based on agreements between the bank and utility companies(organizations) contracts;
  • When converting currencies, a commission of 1.0% of the transaction amount is charged.

One of the bank's shortcomings is the lack of strict limits on transactions carried out in the "Home Bank". The following restrictions currently apply:

  • the amount of one operation carried out using a one-time password should not exceed 30 thousand rubles;
  • the amount of all transactions carried out on all client cards during the day should not exceed 600 thousand rubles. In this case, “day” means the period of time from 00.00 Moscow time to 23.59 Moscow time, and not 24 hours.

Customer wishes to improve the Home Bank system

Having studied customer reviews about working with the Gazprombank “Home Bank” system, we tried to group, systematize their wishes and identify blocks that require improvement:

  1. First of all, it is necessary to expand functionality. In the current system, clients can carry out transactional and service operations only with payment cards. At the same time, there is no option for transferring from a current account; there is no function for receiving and sending international transfers, you cannot make or terminate deposits early, there is no way to submit an online application for a cash loan, etc. These are basic services that are provided to clients in almost all online banking services of domestic banks.
  2. Increase the level of security. The system has fairly large limits for one payment and for the total amount of daily payments. At the same time, the limits are not differentiated depending on whether you are transferring money to your own account or to the account of a third-party organization or third party. In most banks for sending Money Third party accounts are subject to more stringent restrictions.
  3. Improve the interface, making system functions more accessible and understandable.
  4. Add “Templates” and “My Payments” options.
  5. Add an online consultant function.

Currently, when working with the GPB Home Bank system, you should be extremely careful. You should try to independently ensure the security of your payments, for example, by setting daily limits for each card or making a card on which a large amount of funds is stored temporarily “inactive”. We hope that Gazprombank specialists will take into account the wishes of customers and finalize their Internet banking system.
