All about new transport cards. I work for a big company! New pass-through NLMK cards

1. Cards were purchased using budget funds. More than 6 million rubles were spent on them, then why should city residents buy them for 80 rubles?
Transport cards for the automated system for paying for passengers and transporting baggage on transport in the Lipetsk region (ASOP), including Lipetsk, were purchased at the expense of the regional budget. No funds were allocated for them from the city budget. If you already use a general transport card, then you need to buy new map no - old cards will be valid for travel. If a resident purchases a general civil (blue) card for the first time, its cost will be 80 rubles. This amount includes the cost of producing the card, including the electronic chip, as well as the costs of servicing terminals, collection services, security, and communications. For beneficiaries, the initial issue of the card is free.

2. Where can I buy and top up a new card?
Interruptions in the operation of the terminals were due to the update software for issuing and replenishing new transport cards. At the moment, the following terminals have been upgraded to work with new cards:

  1. Hypermarket "Line", pr. 60 let USSR, 34
  2. Etc. Pobeda, 85
  3. Central Market
  4. stop point "Printing complex"
  5. stopping point "Ploshchad Mira"
  6. Oktyabrsky market
  7. Miratorg store, st. Cosmonauts, 110
  8. Shopping center "Perekrestok", st. Moskovskaya, 103
  9. 28 microdistrict, “Pokupayka” store, st. Krivenkova, 19
  10. Syrsky Rudnik, store “Pokupayka”, st. Angarskaya, 3
  11. LTZ, store “Pokupayka, st. Yubileinaya, 3
  12. New checkpoints at NLMK
  13. Old NLMK checkpoints
  14. shop "Steelvar", LLC "Leader", st. Kosmonavtov, 10
  15. Shopping center "Buninsky", st. Bunina, 3
  16. Shopping center "Raduga", pl. Zavodskaya, 1

  19. Shopping center "Malibu", st. Tereshkova, 35
  20. Shop "Pokupayka", Mira Ave., 27
  21. Stop pavilion "st. Zegel"

It is important to note that from June 28, consultants are available at the terminals throughout the day who can answer any questions about the procedure for purchasing and replenishing transport cards.

3. If the terminal in the minibus does not work, will you have to pay the full fare in cash?
From July 1, 2017, according to agreements concluded with carriers vehicles with faulty terminals should not go on line. If a breakdown occurs while driving, the bus only operates at the exit and does not board passengers.

4. Will there be only one terminal on minibuses?
Yes, today most buses and minibuses are equipped with one terminal. The issue of installing a second terminal on all transport units in 2018 is being considered.

5. Trolleybuses will soon be eliminated, what will happen instead? Now the tram has been canceled and there is no way to get to the Pipe Plant Ring from Teatralnaya Square without a transfer, although they promised that there would be buses. Another problem is that after 20:00 private owners stop working and it is impossible to get anywhere without transfers.
From July 1, trolleybuses on regular municipal routes in the city of Lipetsk will be gradually replaced by new modern diesel buses of the LiAZ 429260 model of EURO-5 environmental class. That is, new buses will also appear on the trolleybus routes familiar to Lipsk residents. One of our priorities in terms of improving the quality of passenger transportation is to increase the share of electric transport. To do this, we are considering the option of public-private partnership to attract investment in the development of tram infrastructure. Also, on regular municipal routes of the city of Lipetsk, the transport department is currently developing a new bus schedule that will fully meet the needs of passengers. In addition, we are working to increase the operating hours of routes served by non-municipal carriers.

6. Tell me, will there be benefits for low-income people? A family of 4 people will spend 5,000 rubles for one trip.
For students from low-income families, travel with a preferential transport card (yellow) is free during the school year. To obtain a transport card, you must contact the social security department at your place of residence.

7. To transfer money to a new transport card, is it necessary to have bank card? After all, many pensioners do not have them. And if you start one, you will have to pay for maintenance.
In order to top up a transport card, it is not necessary to have a bank card. Terminals of the LipetskTransport system, as well as terminals that are planned to be installed in Sberbank branches, accept banknotes.

8. How much will it cost for schoolchildren to travel?
The fare for schoolchildren using a transport card is 10 rubles on municipal transport.

1. Schoolchildren from large families (from 01.09 of the current year to 30.06. of the next one during the period of validity of the certificate of a large family) - from August 1, 2017 can apply to the social security department at the place of residence and submit for registration preferential card the following documents:

  • child’s birth certificate or child’s identity document;
  • identification document of the child’s legal representative;
  • a document confirming the fact of establishment of guardianship (trusteeship) - when issuing a card for a child under guardianship (trusteeship);
  • a document confirming the right to free travel (certificate of a large family);
  • information about the insurance number of an individual personal account in the compulsory pension insurance system (SNILS);
  • certificate from place of residence about family composition;
  • certificate from the place of study in a general education organization.

2. Citizens awarded the title “Honorary Citizen of the Lipetsk Region”. It is also necessary to contact the social security departments.

11. Please tell me whether I need to purchase a new card if I have an old one?
No, there is no need to change the card. Old-style LipetskTransport system cards will continue to work. Their transition to the new system will occur automatically upon the first replenishment in the terminals, many of which have already been converted to the new software.

12. Are there plans to make a system for replenishing transport cards via phone/bank card?
Yes. This option is being considered.

13. Tell me, are there plans to connect the Syrsky mine and the 19th microdistrict by bus route? The areas are nearby, but you have to change trains to get there.
Currently, the Department of Transport of the Lipetsk city administration is carrying out a set of preparatory measures in order to extend municipal regular routes No. 24, 24A to the stop point “Syrsky village”. This will provide transport links for residents of the village of Syrsky Rudnik from the street. Moskovskaya, shopping center "Riviera" and railway station.

Important. From July 1, the innovations will affect only beneficiaries: using a transport card, they will travel with a 50% discount or 7 rubles in municipal transport and 8 rubles 50 kopecks in private transport. For everyone else in July, travel on minibuses will cost 17 rubles, both with a card and in cash. In municipal transport, fares also do not change - 14 rubles with a card, 17 for cash and 20 after eight in the evening.

They decided to postpone the innovations in order to better prepare for them, to eliminate disruptions and to allow the passengers themselves to adapt.

New transport maps have begun to be printed in the Lipetsk region. Act automated system fare payment (ASOP) in the region will begin on July 1 in municipal and commercial transport. Payment terminals are now being installed on buses.

How to top up your account?

The card balance can be topped up at bus terminals and stations, in Lipetsktransport terminals, on the agency’s website road transport(AAT) aat48.ru
V personal account using a bank card. The issue of making it possible to replenish a transport card through ATMs is also being considered.

Will travel become more expensive?

On suburban and intercity buses, the fare will depend on the distance - when paying in cash on suburban routes - 2.34 rubles per kilometer, by card - 1.8 rubles, on intercity - 2.4 and 1.85, respectively Municipalities will set the cost themselves travel So, from July 1, in Zadonsk, travel with a card will cost 13 rubles, in cash - 17, in Yelets - 15 and 19, in Dankov and Lebedyan - 13 and 17, in Usman and Gryazi - 14 and 18.

In Lipetsk, travel is also becoming more expensive: with a card, instead of the current 14 that Lipetsktransport card holders pay, we will pay 17 rubles, in cash - 22. The rise in price is almost 30%. Order No. 89-ts was published on the website of the regional consumer market department.

- Where is the price increase? “I didn’t see a rise in price,” Nikolai Kireev, head of the department of consumer market and pricing policy of the Lipetsk region, is surprised at the indignation of the townspeople. — Traveling with a card will cost 17 rubles. When paying in cash - 22 rubles at any time of the day or night.

The logic is this: people now pay 17 in cash, but they will pay 17 by card. The fact that those who already pay 14 rubles on a card—and there are more than 54 thousand of them, will pay 17—is of no concern to the official, as is the increase in the price of travel for cash to 22 rubles. Let us also remind you: the card also costs money, and it turns out that this service is simply imposed on people.

How to apply for and receive a discount card?

The green card will be available at institutions social protection population and Sberbank branches. Red and yellow cards are only for social security. The regional department of social protection recommends to hurry up: it takes 20 days to produce a card. You must have the following documents with you:

  • passport or identity document of a citizen (legal representative);
  • a child’s birth certificate, a passport of a child over 14 years old - when issuing a card for a disabled child or a child from a large family;
  • a document confirming the fact of guardianship (guardianship) - when issuing a card for a citizen under guardianship;
  • a document confirming the right to preferential (free) travel;
  • a pension certificate or a certificate issued by the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation confirming the fact of assignment of a pension;
  • a certificate from the place of residence about the composition of the family - for large families;
  • a certificate from the school - to obtain a card for children from large families;
  • SNILS data.

Will the benefits continue?

Yes, they will remain, but the beneficiary will now pay half of its cost for each trip, and not buy a travel card, as before. The old passes will no longer be valid from July 1. The first card will be issued free of charge. If it is lost, you will have to pay for a new card.

“50% of the fare for beneficiaries will be reimbursed by the regional budget,” AAT reported. — The benefit will also apply to commercial transport, that is, minibuses.

The discount card will be personalized. It cannot be transferred to another person. It will contain the name of the beneficiary and his photo. To confirm your right to discounted travel, no other documents are required. Now, along with the travel pass, the passenger is required to present to the driver a document entitling them to the benefit.

Preferential cards will differ in color. Red - for disabled people of the 1st group of the III degree and disabled children. Disabled people and their accompanying persons will be able to travel along them.

Yellow - for children from large families. They will be valid during the academic year - from September 1 of the current year to June 30 of the next. A yellow card will also be issued to honorary citizens of the region.

Other categories of beneficiaries will receive a green card. For the rest of Lipetsk, the cards will be purple.

What will happen to Lipetsktransport cards?

Cards of the Lipetsktransport system will remain valid after the launch of the new system. Cards used by large families will not be valid. They will be given new ones.

On Sovetskaya Street in Lipetsk, after replacing the curbs, the number of parking bays will be reduced. This was announced at a meeting with the deputy head of the Lipetsk administration, Andrei Shorstov. Parking will be removed from the side of the lane allocated for transport. According to experts, parking behind a continuous strip provokes drivers to violate traffic rules. They also plan to close the through passage along Voroshilov Street, which connects Sovetskaya with Pervomaiskaya. Part of Voroshilov Street will be turned into a boulevard. However, parking next to the shops will remain.

Every 10 residents of Lipetsk have worked at NLMK at least once, and every 20 people work at the plant.

As you know, the larger the company, the more bureaucratic delays. At NLMK I have encountered this for the 3rd time already (when applying for a job, being fired and re-hired)

Of course, little has changed over the year, but there have been some advances. For example, security at checkpoints has become less loyal to the contents of bags.
Colorful booklets with such naive photographs began to be printed:

But we all know what it really looks like :)

photo S ancho

But it's not that. But to get a job at the plant, you will wait in ~15 queues. I did the impossible and signed the contract in 4 days. A year ago it took me 9 days...

Now I’ll tell you how to get a job at NLMK just as quickly:

Day one: interview. Personnel department (near the old checkpoints). Have with you: passport, work book(if any), a diploma of education (or a certified copy), a military ID (or registered) and a state certificate. pension. insurance.

To begin, take a queue in office 118 (from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and go fill out a form, which can be picked up in office 116. With the application form and other documents, you wait for your turn. My limit was 4 (!) hours. They should give you a draft employment contract, a labor safety card and explain where your workshop is located and how to proceed, but we will take a slightly different path. After the interview, go home to rest.

Day two: workshop, employment center, medical center. commission. Pass office (to the left of the new checkpoints). Have everything with you + the draft contract, occupational safety card and 700 rubles for medical expenses. commission (the money will then be returned to you with your first salary).

You receive a pass using your passport and contract and go or take an internal bus to your workshop. In the workshop, find the head of the robotic labor department. He will explain to you what to do next. Calculate the time so that between the workshop and the medical center. The commission gave you enough time to visit the Interdistrict Center for Community Outreach. There is a reception room in the center on the second floor - go there.

After receiving a letter of recommendation, you go to the clinic and line up in room 3. on prof. inspection ( from 12 o'clock). You run to doctors, get tests, etc. All you have to do is get a vaccination certificate from the clinic at your place of residence. This action can be postponed to the next day.

Day three: own clinic, therapist. Have with you everything that was given out at the NLMK clinic + children's medical center. card (just in case). You receive a certificate of vaccinations in your clinic from any therapist (you do not need to make an appointment with your attending physician). Then you go to the NLMK clinic, take all the necessary tests and go to the therapist (you will find out the office at the reception). If the doctor’s verdict is positive, you go home with peace of mind.

Day four: HR department, workshop. In order not to screw up, go in and first make a pass according to the same scheme (this is if suddenly you have a workshop not far from the old checkpoints). In the HR department, have with you: all the same documents that you brought and received at OK before + 4 b/w photos with the right corner and what was issued at the clinic (including the payment agreement). You are interested in rooms 118-121 (according to your workshop). You will be sent for occupational safety training ( at 12 o'clock), after it you go back to your office and only then go to your workshop.

The fifth day is a working day.

All that remains is to stand in line for special clothing, and so on... the little things :) Good luck to everyone at work.

Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works is the third largest metallurgical plant in the country. Produces about 17% of all Russian steel production (12 million tons per year), 21% of rolled products, 55% of polymer-coated rolled products. The plant employs about 30,000 people. The area of NLMK is 28 square kilometers, and the perimeter length is 38 kilometers. Located in Lipetsk, 350 km from the Kursk magnetic anomaly - the main supplier of raw materials for the enterprise.

Dome of the foundry yard of blast furnace No. 6

The blast furnace is used to process the prepared iron ore charge into liquid pig iron (pig iron).
Cast iron is smelted from a mixture of fines sifted sinter from mining and processing plants, with the addition of locally produced converter slag flux.

Currently, four blast furnaces are in operation at NLMK:
BF No. 4 (capacity 1.8 million tons), BF No. 5 (2.7 million tons), BF No. 6 (2.9 million tons) and BF No. 7 “Rossiyanka” (3.4 million tons).

Foundry yard DP-6
This furnace has been in continuous operation for 35 years.
It is impossible to stop the process (“turn off the furnace”), since the hot metal inside will harden, and the resulting mass will no longer be removed.

The forge takes a sample of cast iron
The temperature of the metal in the furnace reaches 1500 degrees Celsius.

The metal melt obtained as a result of the reaction flows down over the hot coke, becoming saturated with carbon.

Filling ladles with liquid cast iron

Transportation of ladles with cast iron to the converter shop

Liquid pig iron from the blast furnace enters the converter shop.
In a converter, liquid cast iron is melted into steel.

Oxygen is injected to remove carbon and other impurities from the melt. As a result of the reactions that occur, a large amount of heat is generated, so scrap metal is added to maintain the melt temperature at 1700°C.
The volume of such a converter is 350 tons.

Slag on the surface of liquid metal

From the converter shop, the metal comes here to the hot rolling shop, where a slab preheated to a high temperature is rolled, undergoing plastic deformation, to obtain a steel strip of a given thickness.
The length of this line is more than a kilometer

Discharge of heated slabs from the continuous furnace before hot rolling

Slab temperature is about 800 degrees

Intermediate roller table for mill 2000
The metal is rolled from a bar into a steel sheet through a special roller press. With each pass, the thickness of the metal bar decreases.
The speed of advancement of steel strips along the conveyor is 40 km/h.

Hot rolled strip

Finishing stands
Here the strip is rolled to its final thickness.

The temperature decreases due to constant cooling with water.

Accelerated cooling unit

At the end of the line, the cooled metal is wound into rolls

The length of the sheet in a roll reaches one kilometer.

Hot rolled coil
The weight of one such roll can reach 20 tons

Such rolled steel is intended for the manufacture of oil and gas pipelines (including pipelines designed for operation at low temperatures and under high pressure), for shipbuilding and the manufacture of vessels operating under high pressure.

Coils in the cold rolling and coating production shop (CCPP)
Changing the structure and shape of steel is achieved by rolling it at low temperature (often room temperature). Used to permanently increase the hardness and strength of steel. When rolling, the applied forces cause a change in the composition of the steel and an improvement in certain properties.

Stan 2030
The metal comes in thicknesses up to 6 mm. At the beginning, it is sent through pickling units (etching speed 10-20 m/s).

Then the sheet passes through a section where it is washed and cleaned of scale using special rolls with a synthetic coating.
After this, the metal is rolled into a roll and goes to the rolling section.

The thickness of the metal sheet after rolling is 0.5 - 2.7 mm.
Cold-rolled steel is used for the manufacture of car bodies, tractors and combines, metal structures, stamped products, housings for electrical household appliances, roofing and trim.

Cold rolled coil marking

Continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit
The line is designed for the production of hot-dip galvanized rolled products with a thickness of 0.22-0.8 mm and a width of 900-1270 mm based on low-carbon steel grades.
These metal products are used primarily in the construction industry and the production of household appliances.

Galvanizing bath control station

Galvanization.
The sheet passes through a special zinc bath. The thickness of the coating is hundredths of a millimeter

NLMK supplies its products to everyone industrial sectors Russian economy - in construction, production of machinery and equipment, transport, energy and agricultural engineering, pipe production.

In 2012, the Company supplied products to more than 70 countries around the world.

Many thanks to the NLMK press service for organizing the photo shoot!
